This could lead, hopefully, to the US finally arming the borders properly.
I can't imagine why we'd "work to stop the incursions"...we should just be STOPPING THEM with extreme prejudice.
That is the last thing that either government wants to do. It would impede the flow of cheap illegal labor and we can't have that.
