If he comes back here to filibuster Sam AlitoJohn Kerry is toast politically. Now, he's trying to get a petition going so more Senators support the fillibuster. That fillibuster would only help Republicans (1) by alienating everyone with values Catholics are supposed to espouse and (2) but stopping discussion of the real issues that might actually change voters to the (D) column come November.
I'm beginning to wonder about the correlation between functional IQ and a Yale diplomma.

Just wants his time on the floor of the Senate to bash the President. Vote NO in person, and continue on making a jackass of himself.
Going to be interesting to see if Senator Byrd has any influence at all with his cohorts.
