filibuster ..thirty hours over the weekend
That is thirty hours not listening to Teresa's ongoing filibuster about his shortcomings and failures as a husband. :-)

Did you see the list of others in Davos?
http://www.nationalreview.com/impromptus/impromptus200601250837.asp
Care for some U.S. politicians? No, what I mean is: Care to hear who among them has come to Davos? You have Senators Biden, Chambliss, Smith, and Sununu. You can't imagine Joe Biden wanting to participate in a talkfest, can you? Oh, I have left out a senator: John Kerry. He is Davos's president manqué. And remember when Kerry told us, during the '04 campaign, that "the world" really wanted him to be president? He was right, in one sense (the Davosian world).

I can see him now, on the brow of a Swiftboat at full throttle, in that Washington crosses the Delaware stance, headed up the Potomac.

"$oro$?"
That is who I was thinking of, the only legal lobbyists provided for under MacCain/Feingold.
Every time I hear Abramhoff, I want to scream $0r0$.
To: maggief
because of pressing business in the US Senate in Washington.Like anyone believes he would care about that.

:-) I caught that too. Kathryn Jean Lopez also said that Kerry made his pinheaded announcement 3 minutes after Jay had filed his Impromptus

If he comes back here to filibuster Sam AlitoJohn Kerry is toast politically. Now, he's trying to get a petition going so more Senators support the fillibuster. That fillibuster would only help Republicans (1) by alienating everyone with values Catholics are supposed to espouse and (2) but stopping discussion of the real issues that might actually change voters to the (D) column come November.
I'm beginning to wonder about the correlation between functional IQ and a Yale diplomma.

There is no skiing near Ulster....
That's the main reason he is in Davos..... Just another taxpayer funded ski vacation and a chance to hang out with Soros.

Kerry has never said a prestigious word in his life. Maybe they were using the archaic definition:
1 archaic : of, relating to, or marked by illusion, conjuring, or trickery
