The Left does not lie, they just have their own version of truth which just happens to be not true.
Oddly enough, you are right or wrong depending on which definition of "lie" you use.
Definition 1 (in most dictionaries): Stating something as true that you know to be untrue.
Definition 2: Any untrue statement, whether you believe it to be true or not.
Thus by definition 1 (far and away the most common one), leftists are often not lying when they make these hysterical statements, as they really believe them.
Similarly, when the Left calls GWB a liar with regard to WMDs in Iraq, they are correct using definition 2.
Yeah.... It reminds of that description in the hilarious Dictionary of Political Correctness which describes a drunk as a person of different sobriety.
As understood by old commies and today's radical left, the truth is that which advances their goals. Factuality is irrelevant.
