Okay. What am I missing with this picture? Special Ed class and the captain of the football team is in it? What kind of signals was he calling?

I'm guessing he was an honorary captain.

"She looks like a gal who could have gotten a normal adult guy."Only until he realized she has the mentality of a 12-year-old.

Honorary because he knew what "pass" to catch?

She didn't want a normal adult guy, she wanted the guy she couldn't get when she was a high school student.

No, he has a hearing problem and a learning disability. If you are dyslexic, blind, deaf, etc that qualifies you for special ed, on of my kids had a speech problem and that qualified her for special ed. There are many disabilities that fall under the special ed umbrella.

"I said, 'Whoa!' and pushed her away, and she started to cry," Bradigan, 20, recalled recently."
She started to cry? This woman is truly pathetic. Has she tried the bar scene?

Here's a picture of the predator.Oh come on.
The guy's a well developed, hunk of a young man. Not a child.
She's an opportunist, not a predator.
He pulled the condom out of his wallet, not out of her purse.

From the Official Girl's Playbook:
Rule 14. When boy rejects you, turn on the tears. Seven out of ten times, you will be able to reverse his rejection.

My question is why is society so able to accept the fact of a young man's ability to consent to sex when he is committing rape of an older woman but never when he is effective in seducing her. It seems to me that, according to society and the law, a young man and an older woman can only be helpless victims or voluntary rapists, but never voluntary, happy participants. The one thing that is consistent, regardless of who is interchangeably cast as the criminal and the victim, and no matter how arbitrarily, is that sex can only be in the context of a crime.
Perhaps if they want to have consensual sex and get away with it, they should both claim that he attempted to rape her but that, at the moment of penetration, she consented. Then we could see if suddenly he could, under the law, revert to being the victim. Or maybe they'd be accused of raping each other.

I personally know this guy referenced here and he is a very nice guy. He loves his son and that is the only important fact. Maybe no one here knows that the teachers husband, who is unable to produce children of his own, was in on the whole thing and now fighting for custody of the victims son. This teacher should have known better, not only because she was his teacher but also because she is an adult.
