Headlines in various newspapers say that Iran is "positive" or "open" to Russia's offer. Content says that Iran is tentative to accept it.
If the deal goes through, Iran has everything it needs to continue building nuclear weapons and will do so.
The left parties have made gains in India, and want closer relations with Russia and China. The right wing ones want to dump China, stop buying Russian, and buy American, British, and Israeli weapons systems.
