Is Frank Lautenberg a definite no?

I don't know. A FReeper friend and I have come down on opposite sides...I say he's a no, she says he's a yes...but in my case there is no great analysis backing up the opinion, just a guess.

:-) And no Lautenberg yet? If he were going to do a No vote commitment, why wait so long? Or has he seen that splitting the decision - no on the vote but no filibuster is already making Salazar look stupid.
