Hopefully Bush can get Scotus nomination 3 in before he leaves if Rudy gets it.While, with all due respect, pissant, I disagree on Guiliani (I would love him as the next president just because I trust him in the WOT), I definitely agree on this point. Guiliani would be more attractive to many voters if Bush gets another SCOTUS pick.
