Hopefully Bush can get Scotus nomination 3 in before he leaves if Rudy gets it.

While, with all due respect, pissant, I disagree on Guiliani (I would love him as the next president just because I trust him in the WOT), I definitely agree on this point. Guiliani would be more attractive to many voters if Bush gets another SCOTUS pick.

I agree with that.

I agree, if Bush gets another pick that leaves the WOT as THE issue. Rudy would be a shoe in then. Whether true or not he would be considered strong against the terrorists. He might not have won against her for the Senate race, but for President post 9/11 he would win easily.

I love Rudy too - but I don't think he will run for Prez. I would love to see him running against "She Who Must Not Be Named" for the Senate this year. He would mop up the floor with her.

Rudy's problem with running for president is his personal life - two divorces (the second one was extremely public and nasty - he had moved his mistress into the Mayor's Mansion before his divorce had finalized). Red State America might be willing to overlook one divorce (Ronaldus Magnus comes to mind), but Rudy's situation is a whole different ballgame.
