What do mayors have to do with helping those in poverty? Nothing. However, they do control the police powers to extort money from citizens and give it to other citizens.

Another photo op for our beloved mayor. Does this guy ever miss an opportunity to jump in front of a camera? He is putting Jesse Jackson to shame.

****"Fifty years after Brown v. Board of Education, one-third of African-American children still live in poverty," **

The Democrats have a plan for this. They are aborting poor blacks as fast as they can. Pretty soon only middle class blacks who plan for children will have them.

This sort of pleasant rhetoric always just translates to big government socialism. That's all it's ever translated to, ever since democrats sort spouting it. Help the poor, help the sick, better education, widening income gaps, clean the environment, it's for the children...It always turns out to be nothing more than a call the sledgehammer of big government socialism.

Someone needs to have a serious talk with their parents, then.

The blacks might have jobs if his ethnic group from Mexico didn't flock across the borders to take the jobs.

Intersting map. Of course I've seen variations on it before. How will this be accomplished? Force of arms? UN Partition Election? Palestinian style terrorist campaign? Once you start thinking about it seriously, it seems a lot less likely.
