If the name is not on the list, it means the Senator has made an on-the record comment to C-SPAN's satisfaction, that the Senator has already committed to a position. So, C-SPAN has Boxer in the "No" column.

The C-SPAN2 list has all the names. I found it easier, personally, to limit my view to the list of "uncommitted."

As if there was any doubt which way she was going to vote. The biggest surprise was Leaky and Bucket o' Kohl voting for Roberts.
