Not voting. C-SPAN2 is keeping an informal account of Senators' positions on confirmation of Alito.
They are not voting at this time. C-Span is showing the totals of those who have publically declared how they will vote.
They're not voting on anything yet. The "tote board" on CSPAN 2 only shows how Senators are going to vote from their own declarations. The votes were taken from the results of the confirmation committee votes and from their floor statements today. Media speculation isn't counted in the numbers.
