"tie Delay into the Kennedy assasination..."
There is apparantly a picture showing, in the background of the grassy knoll, a bicycle of the same make (they think) as the bike Delay used to deliver newspapers according to Beulah Whiffenpoof, 106, who thinks a boy named Delay delivered her paper; or maybe it was another boy who was always delayed getting her paper to the house, she's not real sure. Still the bicycle connection is considered vital since Delay was 13 at the time.

All well and good; and satire is great stuff.
However, what we cannot deny is the insidious manifestation of sustained power ultimately corrupting these public officials; and inevitably destroying these abusers of the public trust.
This has been the case for as long as politics was an art form. It destroyed Newt Gingrich, Jim Wright, Rosty, and a host of other lesser lights -- all of whom had much to contribute to the process, had not egocentricity and greed not become their masters.
POX on their damn houses. We deserve much better from our public SERVANTS!
