Today, President Bush welcomed Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz to the Oval Office where the two discussed the relationship between the two countries, and made a joint statement to the press. Later in the day, President Bush welcomed 2005 NASCAR Nextel Cup champion Tony Stewart to the South Lawn of the White House where they posed for a photo op with the Nextel Cup Champion team (and the winning Chevrolet !) He also met with West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin in the Oval Office, whose legislative proposals to improve mine safety have passed by the West Virginia Senate unanimously.
Today, the Senate Committee voted along party lines to send the nomination of Judge Samuel Alito to the Senate floor for confirmation.

I hope no one minds if I post this..........not intended to offend, but to compliment your comments about the hideous nature of the left....
I saw this today, and being a Brown's fan..........and knowing that they actually WON this game against the Packers..........and seeing in this picture WHY they won, I thought I'd post it.
JUST FOR LAUGHS, GUYS...........hope no one is offended.....

Kennedy should retire for sure. Not sure about Ginsburg.
Can you imagine the howling on the left if the President gets TWO more solid originalists on the court??
Oh, HAPPY DAY!
