Wait till they try to get the government's help in tracking down the 'homeowners' when they default on their payment.....
That sure will be a riot, cuz chances are good they will have already jumped the fence back over. My question is, how is this going to work? Will this enable them to get other loans by using the home as collateral? What about 2nd & 3rd & 4th Mortages? Do they earn Equity? How about interest and property taxes? REMEMBER, they are in the country illegally, and most with fake IDs!
