Who cares if war ever breaks out with russia or china it would end up being nuclear.

2 things make the F22 revolutionary.

Stealth in a highperformance platform.
Supercruise, ability to go supersonic without using burners.

Yeah the Russians are coming out with their 5th Generation platform. One thing they cannot do is Stealth & Supercruise (effective range). And when they finally do get around to getting stealth - we have had it since the late 70's and know how to defeat it better than anyone else.
