There are lots of people who vote Republican but believe strongly in a limited government that the Republicans aren't offering and won't deliver.
The fact is, you've got three choices. Republican, Democrat or stay home.
Bush has largely delivered on his promises. You weren't sold a bill of goods. He gave us what he said he'd give us.
At least his Supreme Court nominees (well, after Harriet Miers) so far have been what he campaigned on. And those are important because they will more likely than not be the Supreme Court justices when our kids are adults!
I, too, wish he would slow the spending. But he never said he would, and I was under no illusions that he was going to if re-elected.
