AMMAN, Jordan, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Toppled Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's lawyers said Sunday they are seeking to file a case against President George Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair. President of the Jordan Bar Association, Saleh Armouti, who recently joined Saddam's defense team, told journalists the attorneys will seek Saddam's approval this week to file a law suit against the American and British leaders in a European international court.
The lawyers want to try them on charges of illegally invading and occupying a sovereign country.

"...He also said the lawyers will ask the Iraqi authorities to move Saddam's trial from Baghdad to Jordan or Qatar...." Why not Palestine, Texas? I'm sure we got some fair-minded folks over yonder who would give him a fair shake.

What's next? A class action suit against every American who agreed with the invasion?
It'd take years just to list all the names. They could put mine proudly right on top.

Saddam lawyers seek to try Bush, Blair

We are on the very verge of the convictions of
Running Dog Bush and his Pet Goat Blair. Truly
our lawyers are outmaneuvering the stacked hearings
of my Beloved Leader, Saddam.
The American and Iraqi lawyers are lining up to commit
suicide, rather than be humiliated by our counsel!!! In fact,
they are running out of bullets to kill themselves with!!!

Democrats wont stand for this. Murtha, Pelosi, NYT et el are already telling them to go to the back of the line.

Good luck serving them with papers, you ambulance-chasing freaks.

Puh-leeze. Of course, this is one of the DUmmies' dreams come true: a foreign "leader" trying to take Bush down. And they wonder why their "patriotism" is questioned.

Another page right out of the Dims playbook - just like listening to OBL's latest blather was just as entertaning as reading the NYT.

i wonder if this is a certain international war crimes tribunal?

I see Ramsey Clark is hard at work trying to do away with America.
Why hasn't this man been tried for treason? Someday there will be a leader with you know that will do what needs to be done with these traitors.

Saddam lawyers seek to try Bush, Blair Saadam has already "tried" Bush and Blair. I don't think he liked what he got.
