1983 is the earliest I can remember watching the NFL. I didn't really understand the game fully then but I do remember the Raiders killing the 'Skins in the SB.

Gad, that make me feel older than the dirt I am older than...

I remember watching the Baltimore Colts beat the New York Giants in the 'Sudden Death' 1958 NFL Championship on a black & white TV set...

I was an 8th Grader at Pershing Junior High in Houston.

The end of the Raider dynasty. Between '67 and '83 they were 176 - 61 - 7 with 11 division titles and 3 Super Bowl rings. Since then Al Davis has slowly but surely driven the team into the ground.

My first NFL memories were going to the L.A. Coliseum in the late 60s to see the George Allen-coached Rams led by Roman Gabriel, Merlin Olsen, and Deacon Jones.
