I guess it's part of the Enumclaw Plateau. I've seen maps of the area before they dammed it up, and Lake Tapps used to be seven separate lakes.
But Puget Power is abandoning the generator, and a bunch of communities up your way bought the rights, so Lake Tapps is gonna be drinking water, and they'll probably put tons of restrictions on it.
