"I'm sorry, but the Schiavos were delusional in thinking that their daughter could recover."
I don't think Terry's family was so much focused on whether or not she was going to recover. I think they knew recovery was out of reach.
From what I saw, they just wanted to take care of their severely brain-damaged daughter for the rest of her life. They wanted her to be surrounded by loving family.
Judge Greer made Terri's murder possible. Terri SCREAMED when she found out from her dad that the feeding tube was coming out. It's too bad the mainstream media missed the mark when they had opportunities last year to present the real Terri but it's easier to just read the teleprompter.
No cameras allowed though because if the world saw Terri, they'd know she was alert and aware and that her murder was being planned and carried out.
There were lots of control freaks making sure Terri was isolated and hidden.
No mention by you of what Terri wanted. That doesn't count?
Terri's parents tried to take care of her once before and were so overwhelmed with the task that they put her back in a hospital/hospice.
