From what I saw, they just wanted to take care of their severely brain-damaged daughter for the rest of her life. They wanted her to be surrounded by loving family.

Terri's parents tried to take care of her once before and were so overwhelmed with the task that they put her back in a hospital/hospice.

That is interesting. Would you mind pointing me to your source? I would like to know more about that.

I don't know if her parents did or not, like you say, but if her parents did as you state, did they impose restrictions on Terri's care that would have been harmful to her? For example, demanding no treatment for infections, no outdoor time, no visitors, no therapy, etc.?
