Interesting. This report was rebranded on the Leon County website with a date of today, even though it was published over a year ago!
The WaPo seems to have picked it up from the Leon County site word for word.
Ion Sanchez is a partisan hack for the Dimwits. The break-ins were done by giving physical access to the machines.

The Dummies were salivating over this article on CSPAN this morning.
What they "forgot" to mention is that in Dummyland the posters alleged that Karl Rove and his minions actually did hack Diebold machines in Ohio even though such machines weren't even installed until after the election!
Here in Leftist heaven CT the Secretary of State is having the public test various voting machines to see which ones they like. Presumably they will then award the contract to whoever offers the best bribes. :-(
