The Food and Drug Administration bans over-the-counter sales of an emergency contraceptive that its own science advisers say would prevent half the nation's annual 3 million unintended pregnancies.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention wipes out references to the proper use of condoms to prevent both pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases, and instead warns that condoms might fail.
The Department of Health and Human Services cooks the books on "abstinence-only" sex education by conveniently forgetting that such programs have not been proven to diminish sexual activity or teenage pregnancies.
The Department of Defense forsakes plans to mandate testing for perchlorate, a chemical in solid rocket fuel that could endanger the health of developing fetuses and infants should it contaminate water or food supplies.
The Environmental Protection Agency suddenly changes its mind as to whether the chemical benzene could pollute underground sources of drinking water. First, it was yes, and then, it was no. Benzene is used in a technology favored by Halliburton, the company Vice President Dick Cheney used to run.

And Abramov, of course, had a hand in hustling the payoffs around ~ don't forget that part ~ it's very important to the Moonbats.
You know what, I would not be surprised if some of this list had some merit. The problem is, the moonbats cannot be trusted to tell the unbent truth. I wish I could see another source, or a rebuttal.
Is it okay if I don't like the morning after pill?
Is it okay if I think Abortion is wrong?
Apparently not in 2006 left wing America. That's open minded for you.
Typical Hysteric Leftism. Just make crap up and claim it is fact. Then other Leftists cite this article to "prove" their wacko claims. Notice they give NO sources for their wacko claims. Just more Hysteric Leftism. It is this facility to lie at any time about anything that renders the Modern Left completely unfit for any measure of political power.
Spare me...
What B.S.... The left is so full of it... Get out your wading boots because its getting deep in here.
Isn't the "emergency contraception" really just an abortion on demand pill. Contraception stops you from getting pregnant in the first place. The term "emergency contraception" is for after you already are pregnant.
Don't you love their choice of terms. But they aren't fooling anybody.
Accusations are not proof.
Your are correct. There is no such thing as an emergency contraceptive. Its is an abortion pill, And although I personally have no problem with it, I believe some women have had some bad aftereffects and the pill hasnt been approved for that reason. I believe some of those problems are that women take it weeks after pregnancy without proper supervision.
OK, sorry, I should have given it a full "Barf alert" instead of just a "gag alert".

Not having sex will also prevent half the nation's annual 3 million unintended pregnancies. But wait, that's personal accountability. Something the left seriously lacks...
What's weird is the morning after pill is the only "big pharma" drug to be 100% safe according to leftists. No obscene profits, either.
Geez, how did previous generations EVER figure out how to use condoms without the help of the CDC? /s
Alan Lupo is an old lib newspaper/TV/radio reporter in the Boston area. Not surprising from him.
Technically, the emergency contraception that is taken shortly after possible fertilization, prevents an egg from attaching itself to the uterine wall and starting to grow into a fetus.
