The "True Conservative" label doesn't hold water with me, DoughtyOne. I appreciate your post, nontheless.

I don't expect Schwarzenegger to be anything but Schwarzenegger, but I do expect the RP leadership to espouse conservative values or get the hell out of the way so someone that will can take their place.

This is the axle we keep grinding around, isn't it.

WHO do you propose that can win in CA.

When you've figured out how this state is going to pay the interest and principle back on $220 billion in new bonds get back to me. We're nearly insolvent at it is. Schwarzenegger is in over his head as far as Gumby was.

It's not a matter of 'if' someone esle should run. As you mentioned it's who. Frankly, there are a whole lot of people with some sense of fiscal matters. And you know what, if the dems won what could be worse than $220 billion in new debt?

Hell, let the dems spend $440 billion. At least the collapse of the state would be on their heads and not ours. Crimeny, Schwarzenegger is a blithering idiot and the best you can do is to faint if someone mentions he's worthless as a governor.
