Really? I knew she was engaged but I heard the marriage never went through. If it did, then I am in error and apologize.

If it didn't, then I am in error and I am the one to apologize. Perhaps because of all the cancer stuff she put that on hold, then? Really haven't had opportunity to listen to her show for months.

LOL.

That reminds me of the episode where George Costanza put a personal ad in the Worker's World.

Try not to look so desperate. That WILL get you in trouble, or shunned!! (BTW-- GREAT cartoons, today.)

Not that kind. What you want is a NORMAL woman that makes you feel warm and comfortable when you are together. You don't need to wonder if your loved one broke her body and/or her bike while you sleep with one eye open before going to work in the morning. Trust me here. You can't tame that species of red head. And I was 6 years active duty!

Just one of those random rules. Sometimes it's true and sometimes it isn't...

If the tables were turned you would have:

Q: I'm a conservative and I just discovered my friend is a liberal. Does our friendship have a future?

A: It depends. Are you willing to open your mind to enlightened ideas and learn from your liberal friend and change your ways? If not, then you are not the type of person who deserves friendship.

Thank you.

I really was not trying to get a date with that post, just trying to be funny. It's what I do (not always successfully).

She mentioned that he broke the engagement off because she didn't need the stress of that while she needed medical treatment first and above everything else. She had breast cancer. She's very OK now. That's all I know. Maybe that's all we should know.

You too, eh??

I think it is allowing yourself to appear vulnerable, and needy. Those liberal, immoral, leech types seize on it.(it happens to decent women, too, not just men. Jerk-type men use women, too.)

Those days are OVER for me. Better to be alone than with a user and REALLY miserable!!

And not being married doesn't mean one is "Loveless." Classy women do not discuss their sex Lives. I know many married women who feel loveless so you're remarks is just, well, kinda stupid.

I ain't roastin' ya', man. I just don't want to see you torn up, by a user, as some of us here have been. I HATE to see good, decent, morally-centered people hurt.

I know where I'm screwing up...spending far too much time working and sleeping/recovering instead of going out. Woman don't seem to know that it takes as much work for us to look close to as good as they do (especially if you're the grizzled type}. We just see it as a chore we'd rather put off - not a necessity. Same goes for dancing. I dance very well but it's an imitative act that I don't enjoy on any level because deep down a voice keeps telling me that I'm acting and look like a damn fool.

Didn't mean to revive "The Man Show" here but it seems there's still a need for it.

Juggies activate!
