What is it with the left and drum circles?

Don't forget bin Laden's warning. That's usually the size of the crowd that their suicide bombers like to mix in with.

The DC Chapter needs help. They are massing for the final battle. It is time to counter them in numbers.

I went to their "big" kick-off event in lafayette park last november. It was advertised heavily here in the District. There were about 50 people - about 25 of them were speakers. And this was lunchtime on a beautiful day in DC which usually inspires a large crowd in the park anyway.
Oh, and it wasn't just the war. The speakers were talking about homelessness (Bush's fault), Katrina (Bush's fault), and Dafur (even though Bush was one of the only leaders to acknowledge the genocide there, and call it genocide, still his fault). There was 1 decent speaker (a black preacher - very good. Don't remember what was said but rallied the crowd.) Everyone else was unbelieveably boring. I never saw a quieter, more bored crowd. I was quite disappointed.
