Kennedy Says Alito 'Itching to Overturn Roe v. Wade'
Maybe the fat drunk was itching when he overturned his car and killed that young woman?

I hope Alito stays itchy.

Incidentally, Teddy's itching as well...but in his case, they have ointments to take care of it.

In a world where men were still allowed to think, speak and act as men:
Sam Alito would be itching to kick your big fat a$$.

Actually, if it dawned on him that by voting in favor he could effectively erase his committee idiocy as mere posturing - then yes. But that would be crediting him with the extra 50 IQ points which he neither has nor is entitled to.

"Kennedy did not take questions from the standing room-only audience or reporters following his speech."Happy Hour at Sea World?
To: Kaslin
Of course not, as he didn't vote for John Roberts, or even the then-obscure David Souter (who turned out to be mostly liberal).

>>>>The group.... opposes Alito's confirmation because it fears Alito would cause "a profound shift in the ideological balance of the Court." Not really. The next nomination PresBush gets to make and if approved, will most certainly shift the liberal court to a more conservative court. And I can't wait.

It's not the Democrats who worry me. They are as predictable as gravity. It's the Republicans who may scatter like buckshot when they are faced with political pressure.
