This wasn't as much a vote against the contract as it was a vote against the union leadership. Why vote for a contract that is no different than the one the agency offered before the three-day strike?
I think this Toussaint guy is going to end up working as a janitor in Haiti, or Trinidad, or New Orleans -- wherever the hell he's from.
