They were there, but only a select few knew EXACTLY what was happening.
I had alluded to some about changes in the landscape to a few people earlier in the week, and actually, at one point, thought I had missed out on the chance.
It was a follow-up phone call to DC MPD that finally sealed the deal, and that was on Thursday morning at 11:30.
I wanted to keep this on a "need to know" basis for as long as possible, and besides, everyone loves a surprise.

Surprise is right! I was so excited when I read it...I was talking to the walls...or myself or something. How did you ever get the idea? I have heard tgsl relate her tales of getting ours...we need to really thank her for not letting this happen to us!
