Star Jones has told viewers that the war on terror is nothing more than a clash of male egos between President Bush and Osama bin Laden, the NEW YORK POST reports.
Yesterday, the co-host of ABC's THE VIEW told viewers during a discussion of bin Laden's latest audio tape:
"You know what? At some point, one of these men has to put it back in his pants and zip up the zipper."
She even suggested that Bush hold some kind of talk with the man behind 9/11.
"I won't trust him, but anything that gives me the opportunity to seek peace, I would at least check it out.
"People make deals with the devil all the time. We make deals with people we don't like," she said.
"You don't negotiate with terrorists," said Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the show's youngest host.
"You don't negotiate," Jones interrupted, "but I do think you figure out when there is a solution that's diplomatic that doesn't result in [loss of] human life.
"What do we have to lose to check it out?" Star said.
"You know what?" she then added, "At some point, one of these men has to put it back in his pants and zip up the zipper at some point."
"This isn't somebody whipping it out," shot co-host Meredith Vieira.
"You know what, I'm a little tired of posturing back and forth," Jones replied.

The left needs to get its act together. Some say Bush should have captured the dangerous bin Lagen by now (I certainly would like him to be captured); some say Bush is fearmongering; some say Osama is Bush's puppet. Sometimes the same people make different arguments, based on the phases of the moon or whatever. They are not consistent; they have no program; whatever program they have has been rejected by the public repeatedly.
I'll give this moonbat one thing, though - she dropped a lot of weight. saw her on TV while flipping channels and didn't believe it was her.

What is wrong with those people over there? I hadn't been over in a while but went there when FR was down last night. Big mistake. It's so depressing to read that idiocy. The ignorance and foulness is absolutely amazing. It's F this and F that every other word. And it's not just really young people either. Some of them are old enough to know better. One woman was complaining that a teacher was harrassing her minor son (12 years old or so) over the pledge of allegiance. She was going to go up to the school and give the teacher a piece of her mind the next day as well as a long list of her complaints about George Bush. It was so juvenile and this is a woman that's supposed to be raising a little boy. Another person was talking about their experience in a doctor's office with other patients after that person had made a nasty comment about Cheney when they saw him on a magazine cover. I guess one of the pro-Bush patients said something to the affect that Clinton should have concentrated on the terrorists more than what was in his pants. They said they were going to respond--"Who would want to give George Bush a blow job?" The lack of thinking over there is just beyond belief.
I'm surprised by the total disregard for the families of 9-11. Her attitude is, Well this war is inconveniencing me and my celebrity friends. It's making it hard for us as Americans to go to Europe without being hated. This sucks!
