Watch for the Wisconsin libs to try something like this.

I don't have a list of the states but I have read that there are 30 states considering similar laws.

John Sweeney, head of the AFL-CIO is one scarey, creepy man:

Organized labor successfully pushed for a new Maryland law designed to pressure the Wal-Mart chain into spending more money on health insurance for its employees. Wal-Mart is considering a challenge to the legislation, Sweeney said, adding:

"You saw the first crisp punch in that fight when we overrode Governor (Robert) Ehrlich's veto of our ... health care legislation in Maryland."

West Virginia is on the list. It is funny how the law is almost the same as Maryland's, but it adjusts the numbers to fit West Virginia's Wal-Mart operations.

Here in the People's Democratic State of Maryland, an unholy alliance between Giant Foods (a Wal-Mart rival) and the Service Workers' Union (which hates non-union Wal-Mart) served to push through the legislation and then the override of the Governor's veto. Any state where the unions own the Dem party is in danger of this type of blatantly Unconstitutional bill of attainder.
