That poor little girl. I'm glad she's with God now. Her "parents", on the other hand, should suffer greatly for a long time to pay for this horrendous murder.
To: American Quilter
Turn the alleged parents over to the Marines - and walk away.

"...now surrounded by love, beyond the touch of evil" that took her young life in a frenzy of violence..."
Gee. How many MORE times (more than I like to admit at my advanced age) do I have to hear this same same same same phrase!
Everytime..social workers fail, the cities fail, neighbors fail, bystanders fail, everyone fails because God forbid, we make waves or some social worker has to really put up the fight.
I expect to see this same phrase next month or next week as we all mouth platitudes that the tortured kid is beyond pain now.

I realize this is not the "usual" sort of article I ping to this list. But I cannot help but wonder if anyone sees what the Culture of Death has wrought upon OUR children? How many more children will die at the hands of their stepfathers, guardians, and uncaring mothers until the connection is made between this nation accepting Roe v Wade as a "right" and the upswing of evil acts committed upon OUR children? We as a nation have told these mothers, fathers, step-fathers, and children for 3 decades plus that they are expendable and not a gift, not a blessing. Not the miracle so many of us consider them to be.
How many more stories will we hear (after the death of an innocent child) about underfunded, understaffed and overworked family services who received multiple warnings, but didn't do anything? Yet, countless millions of dollars are thrown at our lawmakers for the "right" to dispose of these children.
Will this woman, like so many others, be portrayed as a "victim" so terrified of her husband she couldn't keep herself to stay with her dying daughter who pleaded "don't leave me mommy" as she lay dying that final dark night? Probably.
When did our nation become so maliciously intent on maintaining the "right" to kill off our future? Money will be thrown at her defense - and her own selfish tears at what has been wrought on her.
Until the Culture of Death is stopped, this will continue. More of OUR children will be tortured and slaughtered by those who were supposed to protect them - inside of and outside of the womb.
Pro-Life/Pro-Baby ping...

Please FReepmail me if you would like to be added to, or removed from this ping list...

Unfortunately, the Marines have too much honor to be able to administer the appropriate justice. It's just not their place to attack the civilians they are sworn to defend, no matter how reprehensible those civilians are. It would dishonor the Corps.
However, I'm sure you could find someone to do a half-decent job of it. Whoever you find, make sure they watch the movie Se7en several times, followed by Hellraiser and Hellraiser 2 at least a couple of times each. Just for inspiration, you know.

Please see my post #6. I was struggling to contain my anger, and tried to put into words what you so succinctly stated. I appreciate I am not the only one who knows this is becoming more common.

If child services would take kids away from bad families half as well as they do harassing good families, this wouldn't be a problem.

You are definitively right. I entirely agree with you.
This was important to be reminded.

These photos include the funeral service for Nixzmary, attended by thousands of weeping and mourning strangers, as well as the beautiful, yet unrecognizable girl, lying in repose.

Thank you... The only hope I can see in these stories is that thousands of strangers, bearing angels and teddy bears and their tears, attended this child's service to say goodbye. At least there is still a segment of our nation who sees this as a tragedy that should never have been.

The "father" has already caught at least one beating in jail. ...safe to say it's the beginning of a trend.

"Marines-in-training"??? I saw several NCO's, including a seven-striper.
I'm so glad they volunteered to show those folks what real men look like, as opposed to that demon from h#$l coward.

The Hell's Angels, or the Pagans, would probably offer up a few candidates for the application of justice, and would probably do a decent job of it (and enthusiastically, too!)

Poor little girl. At least she's now been turned over by one small group of Marines, to another "Special Security Detail" which has thousands of them. Including of course FR's own
Texas Cowboy who joined the detail just over 2 months ago.
TC had taken another little one under his wing. Logan, aka FReeper Texas Termite had and has plenty of love, but he still needed a special "Uncle" to call him "Punk'n" and to share a very special relationship with.

A white-gloved honor guard of Marines-in-training snapped to attention and saluted when Nixzmary's cotton-colored coffin was brought up to the church in a hearse. After a priest blessed the casket and the soul of the child inside the future Marines As you can see from all the stripes in the photo below. These were not "Marines in Training" nor "future Marines" but hardened veteran Marines, including at least one First Sergeant (E-8).

I should have gone one more pictue. That's not a First Sergeant, but rather a Master Gunnery Sergeant(E-9)! You can only go one rank higher, and at any given time, there is only one of those in the whole Marine Corps.

I can't imagine how heavy that little girl's coffin must have seemed, while actually being so frightfully light.
