Pornography has nothing to do with political speech, which the first amendment was intended to protect. That's funny, I don't see the word "political" anywhere in the following:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Hint: if you have to make stuff up to prove your point, you are probably wrong.

A film of two guys sodomozing each other is not speech.
