Nut cracker; Murtha's separation from active service and subsequent transfer to Reserves in 1967 lists all awards earned for his active duty service. Other awards my be addenda....such as Unit Citations but not Purple Hearts.
Darkwing....did you remember registering your DD 214 with the County Registrar at your home of record as instructed?

Darkwing....did you remember registering your DD 214 with the County Registrar at your home of record as instructed?We were told "Not Register DD 214s with the county" It would allow crooks to steal our SSNs but I did have the VA certify them for medical benefits.
