Drinking age should be lowered to 19. That's partially the reason why college kids have these keg parties. They can get beer from anywhere and have friends who just turned 21 buy a bunch of beer cases at once. If the drinking age was lower, most of them would go out to bars and nightclubs and drink more responsibly.
But, they might smoke in there.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! The drinking age should be 18. Either they can vote and drink or they can do neither. Either raise the voting age to 21 or lower the drinking age to 18.
It's a crime that someone can now vote for some a55wipe that will drive them to drink for the next 2 to 6 years but they aren't allowed to drink during that time.
