Forgive me if this is a repost, but I didn't find it o n a search.
Teddie's Love Child is just too good to pass up.
January 18, 2006 Ted Kennedy's Secret Love Child The Boston Herald's Inside Track gives us the details from a National Enquirer story that claims Ted Kennedy has a secret love child from an extramarital affair.
According to the tabloids source, the boy, named Christopher, just celebrated his 21st birthday and is mature enough to make his own choices about his background and biological father. A Kennedy family confidante told the Enquirer, This is one of the biggest secrets in the Kennedy family and known to only a few people including Teds ex-wife, Joan.
As for the senator, his spokesgal Melissa Wagoner last night called the tabloid tale irresponsible fiction.
Heres the story according to the Enquirer: Back in 1983, Kennedy, then 51, took up with Caroline Bilodeau, an attractive brunette, several months before divorcing Joan, the mother of his three kids Kara, Ted Jr. and Patrick.
Bilodeaus friends told the Enquirer the local lass became so smitten with the senator, she had dreams about being the next Mrs. Ted Kennedy. But the love affair came crashing down when Bilodeau told Ted a baby was on the way, the mag reports.
Caroline announced to the family that she was two months pregnant around May 1984, blabbed a Bilodeau confidante. Ted was not happy about the news. He already had three kids with Joan and knew a baby out of wedlock could hurt him politically.
According to the Enquirer, the scandal-scarred senator begged Bilodeau to have an abortion, but she refused.
He told her he couldnt undergo another scandal not after Chappaquiddick, not so close to his divorce from Joan said the source. He was very angry when she defied him and had the child.
According to the report, Teddy took a paternity test shortly after the child's birth, since then Bilodeau always seemed to have money.
UPDATE: Jay Tea over at Wizbang writes, "Yeah, I know, it's the Enquirer. But over the last decade or so, that paper has had a track record for accuracy that outshines the New York Times."

Three words - Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
The Enquirer is right about alot of these out of wedlock stories...they had the Cosby story correct.
Sorry, I promise I did a search and it came up empty.
I just hope the kid can be left to live in peace. None of this is his doing - unless he's the one who brought the story to this tabloid which I doubt.
Add this woman to their list.
I believe that only happens when the mother drinks while she is pregnant.
Teddy loves only himself and alcohol.
Those Kennedy genes are pretty dominant...just see if the kid's got those horseteeth; if so, case closed.

A true poster child for "female empowerment"
I feel sorry for the son. Imagine what it would be like to know you had a father that not only has no morality, but that he tried to have your mother abort you. The lowest of the low.
She's just lucky that when she announced her bun in the oven, Ted didn't invite her for a drive to discuss her options, and tell her "we'll cross that bridge when we come to it"
Speaking for myself, I'm not surprised. I wouldn't be shocked if there's more of them out there.
The sickening thing is that some woman (apparently) voluntarily slept with that man...
Bloody lucky for him Teddy wasn't the mother...
I would be shocked if there weren't, though Roe v. Wade has tipped the odds in favor of the philandering male...
