Come Protest MoveOn.org!
RightMarch.com ^ | 01/17/2006 | William Greene

ALERT: This message is specifically for DC-area activists.

Can you take some time out tomorrow morning (Wednesday, Jan. 18) to counter a particularly nasty left-wing protest?

The socialist wanna-be's at MoveOn.org, together with some of their far-left friends, are holding a morning "protest" from 9:45-10:15am outside of the offices of Americans for Tax Reform (ATR). Most Wednesday mornings, ATR hosts a meeting of conservative and libertarian activists, Capitol Hill staffers and usually at least one representative from the White House.

MoveOn.org can't stand the fact that conservatives are able to utilize their First Amendment rights to "peaceably assemble" in this manner. They REALLY can't stand the fact that we've been able to BEAT the Left, at the ballot box and in the marketplace of ideas, thanks to meetings like these. They've wanted to shut down these Wednesday meetings for years now -- and in their warped and twisted logic, they see the recent D.C. "lobbying" scandals as their opportunity to finally do it.

What they are NOT expecting is a COUNTER-protest -- one that will EXPOSE the leftists for what they REALLY want to do: deny our first amendment rights.

CAN YOU COME OUT TO PLAY? RightMarch.com will NEVER cower in the face of left-wing antics - it's what we were CREATED for. Will you join us for a couple of hours (9:30-11:00am) Wednesday morning? We'll be here:

1920 L. Street NW (under the big American flag!)
Washington, DC 20006

Bring hand-written signs: "MoveOn.org Against Free Speech", "MoveOn.org Against First Amendment", "MoveOn Vs. America", etc.

See you there!

Sincerely,

William Greene, President
RightMarch.com

NOTE: If you can't join us, will you take a minute to contact local media outlets and express your outrage over MoveOn.org's attempt to shut down our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly? Find the contact info for local media here:

Be sure to call and email all of your friends, and ask them if they can help out too -- either on the sidewalks or on the phone! Thank you!

I'm confused. Moveon.org and ATR (Norquist) are working on some of the same agenda.

That's interesting. I'm now confused too. I know about moveon.org and their communist leanings. Wonder why moveon.org is protesting one of their own?
