But I will say this, single and childess white males get no special treatment as far as taxes are concerned. As a matter of fact we get punished for not having children and not being married.

I know a couple that pops out one new baby after another, because a wealthy grandmother gives a $10k per year tax free gift for each baby they have. Uncle Sam throws in all kinds of goodies as well.

Not that I wouldn't like the opportunity to be married and have children...but In Hoc's dated a lot sketchy girls, which has precluded him from taking the leap.
It's the headline writer who is at fault, not the preacher. What the preacher said was is shown later: "it's 'an absolute revolt against God's design' if husbands and wives purposely avoid bearing children."
From what you say, you did not PURPOSELY avoid bearing children.

Your post has some unecessary qualifiers. The question is whether it's intentional or just sloppy writing?
Childless black males get the same treatment as white males as far as taxes are concerned. Childless Asian females get the same treatment as childless white males as far as taxes are concerned. So, one has to wonder why you specifically limited your statement to whites and males.
The same goes for single, white, childless females. I cringe when I hear of tax breaks aimed only at families--I want one too!
I suspect that Mr. Mohler was not referring to people unable to have children.
