We're willling to support a real leader, who won't trample the Constitution (which was all the Second Revolution was about, really). In the meantime, I'll sit back and watch the show.

You have an interesting background, given your profile. Concerning what you said concerning the "Second Revolution" and the trampling of the Constitution, what did you think of the Constitution of the Confederate States? I know there are key differences between the 1787 Constitution and the Confederate one.

I find it ironic that you can say you are sitting out the election in protest, are just quitting, because we are supposed to be governed at our consent, and still think you will ever get to support a good president. The only way to make that happen is to get even more fully engaged and to push for changes in the type leadership that gets elected. Quitting is a sign of apathy and will not foster any positive changes.

God Bless and get back up, dust off and fight for what you want!

From post #23
"We're willling to support a real leader, who won't trample the Constitution..."
From post #42
"I'm willing to support a real leader, not just another corporate puppet whose job is to sell us out as quickly as possible."

Would you please start listing specific examples of how George W. Bush has trampled on the Constitution, or would you rather just sling around vague accusations?

Your little blurb about a "corporate puppet whose job is to sell us out" sounds like something out of a DNC press release.

Then shut up and let us take care of the country.

In the meantime, I'll sit back and watch the show.

And criticize and condemn? Your cynicism may be well founded, your decision to sit back and watch is neither noble or honorable. There is nothing intellectual superior about that choice.
