WE knew they'd break the "agreement" at the drop of a hat, and they'd drop it themselves, for no reason in the world, not even a bad reason. Why didn't you "professional Politicians" know??

Cornyn, you're nuts

The Senate is a debating society as well as a political body. When your opposition breaks agreements it's imperative your side point it out in the most explicit terms possible in order to reach those among the electorate residing within the lowest-common-denominator stratum.

Cornyn's one of the good guys. He isn't surprised and is here merely engaging in good political maneuvering. Why take him to task?

When your opponent is untrustworthy, even if it's expected, point it out in the press for crying out loud!
