I have family on the Cape near Hyannis, and I hear (and see) the same thing. (I abandoned Mass. almost ten years ago). But I think it is important for people to know that there really are a lot of very traditional and Conservative-minded people who've stayed, because they love their homes and neighbors and have good jobs in the state. Given the composition of the Bay State's congressional delegation, I understand that some of you might think that it is Sodom and/or Gomorrah redux, but there are some nice towns and nice people and beautiful scenery to recommend it. Unfortunately, there's also Barney Frank and Teddy and Kerry and a thoroughly corrupt legislature and state government. That's why I live in NH.

"...there are some nice towns and nice people..."

You are absolutely right, Andy. I meet so many of them up here, especially at events like old engine meets, bluegrass festivals and tractor shows. And, so far, I've only ever met a couple who would admit to voting for the swimmer.
