Cheney has deep understanding of politics and security. But he has a heart condition, and the MSM loathes him. On top he lacks GW's charisma to overcome the MSM. Don't underestimate the power of the MSM.

I believe Cheney would make a superb President. I also believe he has no ineterst in the job. Perhaps that is why he would be so good at it.

Gosh, I wish our VP's health was better. I'd vote for him for Prez in a flash.

But they'll probably end up giving us some RINO (sigh).

He'd have my vote. I just wish he hadn't had four heart attacks, bypass surgery, an angioplasty, a stent to bring to the top job.

He has too many health concerns. And I don't think he wants to run.

It won't happen. America will be too worried he's too close to that one heart beat that puts his VP in the history books.

Cheny is a smart man and certainly qualified, but so are many others who are not as close to medical intervention.
I say we allow some new, fresh public servsnts into the mix and quit dwelling on past success. We need to look into the future and elect someone who has some energy and can commit to a long term of public service.

Cheny has been a good horse, but he is tired of the ride.

It was at the University of Wyoming that Cheney...put some of the main building blocks of his philosophy together... . Among them are a belief that individuals can be trusted to pursue their best interests without government interference and the conviction that the United States is a blessed and unique nation whose concerns and values must be promoted vigorously around the world.

I've always been amazed that the world has looked at the United States--the most successful nation in world history--and no other countries have decided to structure themselves according to our Constitution. Of course, our 'Rat Party has a long history of trying hard to ignore our proven recipe for success by doing their best to scrap our founding documents.

Aside from his health, I think Cheney would be even better than W. The way he smoked breck-girl during the VP debates was priceless.

Nothing else would make the DUmmies' heads spin faster. And when DUmmies are spinning, you know something is getting done right!
