U.S. Army soldiers assigned to A Company, 490th Civil Affairs Battalion, and the Iraqi Army Special Troops Company, 9th Mechanized Brigade, conduct a Community Health Operation Program Service mission in Sobak Sur, Iraq, Dec. 26, 2005.
