He shot two films in Canada when he was living there and during a period of sobriety...FALL and TUNNEL. Neither is a very good film and he let Chad McQueen get away with too much in FALL but McQueen was one of the producers.

When I say that Daniel's a decent director I am speaking from a producer's perspective. He is efficient and doesn't piss off the crew. That translates to getting things done on time and within the budget. Of course this was all five years ago. He's not so reliable since he moved back to the States (a nice little house in Santa Monica off San Vincente). His wife is getting the work and everything he's touched has turned to dreck.
