The editor of Princeton's Prospect magazine says the piece that Kennedy read at Judge Alito's confirmation hearing was satire.

Rush Limbaugh talked about the piece being satire on his program yesterday. He jokingly questioned whether or not there was a Conservative 'mole' on Kennedy's staff since it was bound to be revealed that the quotes were written as cynical humor. It just shows that Teddy's alcohol-sodden brain cells are truly drowning to death (how fitting).

With the increased number of published comments about Kennedy's disgraceful performance on the Judicial Committee, I suspect/hope that this is the beginning of the end to his political career. When is he up for reelection?
