It IS surprising that they are worried about Iraqis taking a hot shower or bath. As if anyone in France could relate to that!!!

Two things: AFP is French, so not surprising they're hung up on Iraqi sex life. And the problem in Iraq IS a lack of desire, not power - no one can rationally blame cold water.

Maybe this lack of hot water story is a polite way for the Iraqi folks to turn down gullible French and their proposals for sexual relations?
