Matthew 7:7  "Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

Ah yes; the great verse that is used by those who do not wish to be judged by mere humans.

Too bad they tend to ignore others...

NIV Luke 12:57
"Why don't you judge for yourselves what is right?

NIV 1 Corinthians 5:12-13
 12.  What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
 13.  God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked man from among you."

NIV 1 Corinthians 6:2-4
 2.  Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?
 3.  Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!
 4.  Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the church!

NIV 1 Corinthians 10:15
I speak to sensible people; judge for yourselves what I say.

NIV 1 Corinthians 11:13
Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?

Not one of your quotes refers to judging if another person is a Christian or a theist.

I have no problem with a person who says "I believe [thus and so]" regarding their own faith. I have every problem with those who say "If your belief differs by one jot or tittle from mine, you are wrong."

Hubris is dangerous.

Caveat: No one at all is entitled to a religious belief that empowers them to harm others in the name of their belief.
