Here's an idea from SciFi thinking.
We inject 3-time violent offenders and sex offenders with green-glow genes.
Better than a scarlet letter, eh?
Makes em easy to find if they are ever on the loose.
Or how about 'designer' colors for the Goth and Techno set?
Lotsa potential here.

Another step towards transgenic people.
It wont be long now before there is a glowing human.
Screwing around mixing DNA isnt in Gods plan IMO.
If it can be done in Humans sooner or later some future Mengele will do it.
