What's wrong with this? If somebody mugged ME with a gun, I'd do exactly the same thing!
To: Puppage
If this is true and the man robbed him with a gun I see no problem with killing the scum.

It was the mugger's fault for being too slow...........
Deadly force vs deadly force......
Not guilty!!

I hope somebody saw the mugging. Too bad he didn't have the means to do harm to the mugger at the time of the incident. That being said, I doubt this will go well for Mr. Martinez as, apparently, at the time Mr. Martinez ran over the mugger he was no longer a threat.

Still, he had no reason to stick around to see if the guy was dead or incapacitated. This really wasn't like a "hit and run" ~ after all, it wasn't an accident. (ROTFLMAO).

Had he killed the mugger while the mugger was holding the gun on him he would still face murder charges in Conn. It's the blue state way.

"I've got no problem with what this kid is alleged to have done." Sounds like a pure accident to me. Deshaune should have been watching out for cars instead of counting that wad of bills.

In a just world, the cops would have cheerfully helped him clean the blood off his bumper.

If this is true and the man robbed him with a gun I see no problem with killing the scumThe laws in Ct are such that they protect the bad guy more then the rest of us.
For example....if someone pulls a gun on me & steals my wallet, then runs away. I cannot draw my gun & go after him. In such a case, I would then be deemed the threat and subject to prosecution.

That seems logical, as he is not threatening you with grave bodily injury / death if he is running away.
